Earlier reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it really is still not working. Therefore the house obtained a lot of sand in it.

They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doorways, the trim, much on the home furniture, and so on.

4 The owner replaced the refrigerator considering that our last stay two years in the past, which was needed. I feel that the residence owner needs to address a couple of problems. The main grievance that I have with the home could be the sliding glass doorways. Most, Otherwise all, of these really need to become replaced. The door which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area to the rear deck) is extremely tough to open.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. many of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off all the flower-extraction beaches and even that was not what I call crowded". I do suggest bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that come out inside the early morning hours and when the Sunlight starts to set and they do bite. it was nothing that will keep you indoors however. there undoubtedly are a several state parks during the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is really an understatement being honest! its a very family friendly place rather than the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is just too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly trip. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I possibly talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian go. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
